Fallout 3 on xbox one making me pay for previously purchased DLC

Hello, I hope your day is going pretty well. Do you know if you were using maybe a xbox live subscription at that time and you didn’t purchase it with actual money. Some games are available on xbox live but after that subscription expires, those games

Are you playing on the account that purchased the DLC, or are you playing on a new account that is game sharing with the account that purchased the DlC? If you are Game sharing with your dads account or the account that bought the DlC. Then you wont be able
to use any of the DLC. Game sharing/ Homing only allows you to play another persons games. It will not allow you to play the DLC. If you are playing on the same account that previously purchased the DLC. You should be able to go to Fallout 4 in the store and
re download the DLC with out paying for it.

I am not getting an error code it's just asking me to pay for the DLC again after I have previously purchased it.

3 Purchase page on xbox.com and click purchase. If you have previously redeemed your code, the following message will be displayed "This game was purchased previously." Give the suggested steps a try and be sure to let us know the results. Thanks in advance!

Area 51 IS Fallout 3 style in the form of one of the BEST DLC that came out in fallout 3 Mothership Zeta! they should make a whole game with that theme IMO!
