I have received fallout 3 code with Fallout 4

but it does not work and it keeps on asking to try again

could you help to resolve this

I bought fallout 4 (physical copy). On the box I states free fallout 3 included and the game hub says fallout 3 free to those who buy fallout 4 all thru till Feb. So,my copy didn't have a code inside or ny leaflets etc. Has some one any idea if or hen I
get this code?

Does your account region match the region you're physically located in? If that does not match, that is what would be causing the error. Try migrating your account region to the region you're currently located in by following the steps on our

But my Xbox one does not show current location/region option. I do not want to go for region change if it affect all my previous purchases. Could you let me know how this can be resolved.

In order to redeem that code, you'll need to match your Xbox Live account region to the region you're physically located in using the page I linked above. That is the only way this issue could be resolved in this scenario.
