Fallout 3 gift code not working - error

Hi, Dear Support!

On 2016/04/30 I bought Xbox One bundle with Fallout 4 and Fallout 3 games inside from a offline retailer. On 2016/04/30 after unpacking the console, I input Fallout 4 gift code on the site, the code was activated and the game appeared in my game list in
my account. After that I input fallout 3 code, but I can see only the error. I checked the language of the site, and the location - it was Russian language and Russia location. I decided to contact support, Abby P. answered me, she offered me to try playing
at least 3 hours, and then try again to input my gift code of Fallout 3 game. So I started to play. On 2016/05/01 it was at least 5 hours of ingame playing of Fallout 4, I input the Fallout gift code, but again, only the error appeared on my screen. I contact
support again via live chat, that time was Tony, who answered me. He suggested to double check my language and location, so I did. Then he suggested to re-sign in the account on the console, so I did. Nothing helped me, I again could only saw the error. Tony
said, that he would escalate my problem to the offline team and personally follow up my problem. Today, On 2016/05/02, I again tried to input the code, and I still could only saw the error. I contact support via live chat, and now Thea Y. answered me. I told
her my reference number of my problem, she rechecked my problem and suggested me to create post here.

Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with redeeming your code. When you reached out to support in regards to your conversation yesterday did they say if it was still being looked into? We aren't able to offer an alternate code I'm afraid, but we're
happy to help troubleshoot. Is all of your billing information set correctly on your account?

account.microsoft.com and check your account information there. If anything is out of the ordinary such as region or address please correct there. If you're still having trouble redeeming the code please let us know. You may need to reach back out to Phone/Chat
support for assistance with redeeming the code but we're more than happy to make sure you get sent down the correct path for this error.
