Fallout 3 (From Fallout 4 Order) cant download

Hi there I have been trying to download my included copy of Fallout 3 that came with Fallout 4 but have been getting errors, whether on the website or my Xbox one. The error is "

Something went wrong

No I have just seen some people talking about a 30 day limit but cannot find anything about that on my download slip that came with the game. I had left the country about 5 days after Fallout 4 came out anyways so hardly had time to even play Fallout 4.
I would really hope that this isn't the cause of the error as there was zero information about this code being time-sensitive. I have spoken to a Microsoft employee on livechat and was directed here after we weren't able to fix the problem. Thanks, - F.S.S.

fallout 3 code gone

Hi, thought i had a fallout 3 code from buying fallout 4. Its not in my messages anymore and I cant download fallout 3 from the store or games and apps.

• If you Pre-order Fallout 4 as a download through the Xbox Store, Microsoft will send you a code within 7-10 days to download The Xbox 360 version of
  Fallout 3.
• Pre-order Fallout 4 at retail, and you'll receive the
  Fallout 3 download code when you pick up your physical copy of
  Fallout 4.

 

Sorry to hear it. The error code you posted means that there is a region issue with the game. It is not available where you are trying to download it or your gamertag is set for a different region than where you live.

Some content cannot be downloaded to countries that they were not intended for. If your tag is set for a different country than where you live then you would need to migrate your tag to your country.

 

Both my account and my xbox have the correct location, I doubt it wouldn't be available for the entire country and nobody would have said anything..

 

Which country do you live in and which country is your gamertag set for?

Be sure to use the region migration tool to migrate to the region you're physically located in through our
Region Migration Tool. Since I see 'NZ' in your GT, I assume you're located in New Zealand, and if that's true you will want to select 'New Zealand' in the drop-down menu.
