I placed my order back in August and I am still waiting for my code, how long does it take? I had contacted XBox support and they said 7 -10 days...which has come and gone.

When I did mine it took about 8 days before I saw the Xbox Live message with the code (no e-mail). Check your Xbox Live messages to see if it is there, if not, then I'd recommend creating a new thread so the support staff can assist you as well.

Just checked my message center and sure enough there was the code, it showed up on the 09/02. Downloading on my 360 now.
