Fallout 3 download code

9/26/2015 I purchased a preorder for fallout 4

The Fallout 4 pre-order was supposed to include a download code for Fallout 3

The promo item I have not received is the download code for Fallout 3.

Code for fallout 3

Hi! Some time ago i purchased the pre sale of fallout 4 and I received the code to download fallout 3 but the message deleted before I could enter the code, can I get the code again to download fallout 3?

 

Expired message with Fallout 3 code

• Promotion name: “Free Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4”
• Date of purchase: January 17 2016
• Issue:
  • “The message with my Fallout 3 code has expired.”
  • After I purchased Fallout 4 on the Xbox one I later received the Fallout 3 code through a message but did not have enough space to download the game until now. When I was about to use the code and download Fallout 3, the message had expired.

Firstly, please make sure you have reviewed the terms and conditions of this offer at the very bottom of this page:
www.xbox.com/.../fallout-4 to make sure that you are eligible to receive a code for Fallout 4.

Secondly, it is quite possible that the message was sent to you but has since expired since all Xbox Live messages expire after 28 days.

If that is the case, a member of the Xbox Support staff will be along soon and they may be able to retrieve your code.

If you were never sent the code, it may have just been a glitch and again, Xbox Support will be along to lend a hand.
