Fallout 3 download code disappeared

So when i preordered Fallout 4, I got a download code for fallout 3 in my inbox. I wanted to wait untill backwards compatibility came out. Once it did, I went back to my inbox and the code was gone. what happened? is there anyone I can get a new one?

Date of Purchase: November 12, 2015

Issue: The message with my Fallout 3 code has expired.

I was so focused on playing Fallout 4 that I forgot to use the code provided in my messages to download Fallout 3, and the message since has expired and disappeared. Can someone retrieve the code that I was previously issued?

Fallout 4 pre order lost code

I pre ordered Fallout 4 and received a code to download Fallout 3 for Xbox one in a message. However the message has since disappeared along with the code before i used it. How can i retrieve this?
