Fallout 3 digital code with purchase of Fallout 4

Issue: Hello I was told to contact this forum from the Xbox Live Support team...

I pre-ordered and bought Fallout 4 from Amazon.ca, Got it release day, It came with a free code for Fallout 3 as every fallout 4 game did, I never used the code and lost the code I can't find it, I really wanna give the code to my little brother so he can play
Fallout 3 (my personal favorite), I'm very disappointed I lost it, By viewing my account you can see I never used the code and you can also see I indeed have had Fallout 4 from release date which proves I should have a code as everyone who purchased the game
as I said got one...

I was hoping you guys could somehow generate a code for me for Fallout 3 for my brother to play on his xbox one... Thank you, Like I said I've looked everywhere can't find it.. I know I had it though

Must of got thrown out when cleaning room sometime Really hope there is something you guys can do thank.

I received the digital code for Fallout 3 following my purchase of Fallout 4. The message has expired and I didn't use the code.

Since you ordered it from Amazon you would have to try contacting them to see if there is anything they can do. Although generally no one is responsible for lost or stolen codes so there is no guarantee you will receive a new code.
