    Now before I start I just want to say how nice it's to see a multinational, multibillion dollar company handing over its problems to the general public.

    My Fallout 3 is unplayable thanks to a corrupted save that causes a constant crash. All I want is to get rid of them, the option isn't there to delete everywhere, I've played offline, I've even completely wiped my box and started from square one and a couple of other ways. And I've been gaming longer than most players have been alive so sucking eggs is a genuine possibility. If I have to wipe my account losing a library of games and move to Sony I'd think it a bargain the way I feel right now.

    I got corrupted files after I recovered my GT when I transfered everything to my new 360 . Not everything was corrupted just Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas

    But if I delete the cloud file, won't that update push to the Xboxes and delete the files locally, including the uncorrupted file?

    The corrupt file needs to be deleted, regardless of anything. Once gone, an older save can be put into place.

    Hey there Only! If there is an update pending for the Cloud save, there isn't any way you could safely move or copy that data until it completes its upload. If the file is still corrupt after the upload, you can try to
    contact us directly via phone or chat to see if they can help you recover your old Cloud saves. Let us know how that goes, thanks!

    I would, but it won't let me back up the uncorrupted file because it is pending an upload. Any idea how to override that?
