    Was the copy you bought the disc version? If so, the code will have already come inside the case. If the code you entered was the Fallout 3 code, go ahead and check your 'Ready to install list' to install. Fallout 3 code? :)

    Hey Analog2112,

    Apologies for the delay! We were able to determine that you own this game and it should be in your 'Ready to install' list. Is your console set to the region that you're located in? To check, follow these steps:

    • Scroll to the left to access 'All settings'.
    • Scroll down to 'System' settings and select 'Language & location'.
    • From here you can check to make sure your region is set properly on your Xbox One console. If it's set properly and you still don't see 'Fallout 3' in your 'Ready to install' section in 'My games & apps', try switching your console region from your region
      to a different region (such as United States as an example) and then set it back to the region you're located in.

    Hey Analog2112,

    Bummer, let's try removing your profile from your Xbox One console and then sign back in by following these steps:

    • Navigate to the 'All Settings' screen from the Xbox One Guide.
    • Under 'Account settings', select 'Remove accounts'.
    • Proceed to remove your account.
    • Power cycle your Xbox One console by pressing and holding the power button until it fully powers down.
    • Power back up and add your account back by navigating to 'Add & manage' in the profile section of the Xbox One guide.
    Be sure to try those steps exactly as they're listed and report back with how it goes! Fallout 3 code? :)

    Date of purchase: 11/22/2015

    Issue:

    “I have not received my Fallout 3 code after 10 calendar days.”

    When I put in the Fallout 3 code Fallout 3 was not credited to my account

    I purchased Fallout 4 in an Xbox One Bundle from the Microsoft store

    I have contacted customer service several times about this issue and my reference number is

    The code was apparently used by be on 12/15/2015, but when the Microsoft Tech team reviewed my account they saw that my account was not credited with the download of Fallout 3. Therefore, I am requesting a new Fallout 3 code.
