    Hi.

    I purchased Fallout 4 thru the marketplace and received the Fallout 3 code.

    However my Xbox One deletes my messages after a certain amount of time and it deleted my code.

    I have been in a run around with multiple reps. I was told I would get a new code in 2 days. It is now 5 and I gained access to an old email account I have not

    used in years waiting for this. I was just informed after the 3rd rep I have talked to that I have to post on here. I do not realize why someone will tell me I have to wait 2 days but in reality I need to post on here which no one said before to me. I have
    been very nice and patient but please help me out.
