    I preordered fallout 4, but im not sure when. i have still not gotten the fallout 3 code even though i preordered it and played for over a month. my gamertag is and i play on the xbox one

    Is it possible you you pre-ordered the game while on a different account on your console? To check your purchase history you can sign into commerce.microsoft.com. Let us know how it goes!
