Fallout 3 code "Something went wrong" when trying to redeem it.

I was told by xbox support that i could get a replacement code by posting here, so i'm hoping i could get some help.

Hey there, BarkingGecko! This error code means that something has changed on the 360 Marketplace in regards to the offer. We do not replace tokens, only provide tokens that were originally given to you. It appears that you did not receive this through Xbox
Live message as we do not have a code we are able to provide for you, so you likely got this from a disc based version of Fallout 4, correct?

That looks like a website specific error. Are you receiving the same error when you redeem it on an Xbox One or Xbox 360? Give that a shot if you haven't already. If you are still unable to redeem it, please send me a private message with the code that you

Indeed I got it from a disc based version of Fallout 4.

However the error is still persistent whether I try it on the site or on the Xbox One.

Sorry for the delay in responding to you. We had a busy week last week.

I've received your token and it looks like everything is all good. There is one way we can solve this that I have seen. It's not the only way, but it's definitely the easiest way. Go ahead and try changing your region to your physical location using the
changing your account's region page. Even if it's already set there, give that a shot to see if it will let you change it up. It's likely the system is not recognizing that and you
need to reset it. We'll be able to continue from there.

Thanks for the response. However this just caused another error, ie.:

There’s a problem completing your move right now. Please check the Region Change Support Page to make sure it will work for you, and try again later.

And the obvious answer is no, I have not used this feature within the last 3 months

Just to let you know, the problem has been resolved.

It would appear redeeming the code was region related, however trying to use Firefox browser cause it to not work.

I tried using Internet Explorer today from a different computer, and upon trying to redeem the code, it worked the first time round.

Does not explain why the same error appeared on the console however, but at least it worked.
