    I got Fallout 4 from a local store and with it a code for Fallout 3 as well. But when I try to redeem it on my Xbox One or Xbox.com, I end up with the "Something went wrong error"

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please post the error code you may receive when trying on the console? Do you have a 360 you could try redeeming the code on?

    Unfortunately I don't have a 360 anymore. The error code I get when trying to redeem it on my phone is: Xbos-0x80150017 4233d239-1bee-4527-8ee1-dffe7640a77e

    Downloaded fallout 4 on nobemebr 9th at 11. Still haven't gotten fallout 3. Don't know if maybe it went to a different email

    id buyed fallout 4 at gamestop and it came with the digitall copy of fallout 3 in a code to redeem. everytime that i tried to redeem it then it gives me the error. what could it be ??

    I have this same problem, except I redeemed my code and it said there was an error downloading Fallout 3 and to try again, and now the code doesn't work as it's saying it has already been redeemed, yet Fallout 3 isn't in my downloads queue or showing up

    Fallout 3 code already redeemed

    Hey everyone!

    If you are receiving a message saying that your Fallout 3 code has already been redeemed, you can verify if you have already redeemed Fallout 3 by going to the Fallout
    3     page on xbox.com while signed in with the account that pre-ordered Fallout 4. Click on "Buy Game" and it will show that you have already purchased Fallout 3 if you have already redeemed the code.

    Give the suggested steps a try and be sure to let us know the results. Thanks in advance!
