Pre-Ordered Fallout 4 but no Fallout 3 code

I pre-Ordered the game Fallout 4 in Oct 27 or the 28 , and i never have received my fallout 3 code....

Haven't recieved my Fallout 3 code

I pre-ordered Fallout 4 and after the 7-10 days I have yet to recieve my Fallout 3 code for Xbox One.

It will take about 7-10 days after your Fallout 4 pre-order to receive a code for Fallout 3. Hope this helps.

If you Pre-order Fallout 4 as a download through the Xbox Store, Microsoft will send you a code within 7-10 days to download The Xbox 360 version of
Fallout 3.
Pre-order Fallout 4 at retail, and you'll receive the
Fallout 3 download code when you pick up your physical copy of
Fallout 4.
