    Need help with the FallOut 3 code bundled with the FallOut 4 purchased. Tried redeeming on both console and online but got an error.

    There should also be an error code in the bottom let of the screen, that can help narrow down the issue.

    Usually the issue is a region issue. If your account region doesn't match your physical location or you live in a region where the game is not available, you can run into issues.

    Hey Qtrlion1,

    Could you pass us that error code that Smwutches requested? That will help us narrow down the issue a bunch!

    Does the error code happen to be 0x80150017? If so, that may indicate your Xbox Live account region does not match the region you're physically located in. To resolve this, you will need to Migrate your Xbox
    Live Account Region     to the region you're physically located in for the codes to work. For more information on region migrations, please check our Region
    Migration     page.

    Be sure to let us know which error you're running into if it's not the error I detailed above! FallOut 3 Code not working :)

    No it just said something went wrong when i typed the code there was no error code...

    Hey there Qtrlion1,

    As Smwutches mentioned, region can cause some trouble with redeeming codes. Does the region of your account match your physical location?

    Region free games??? Purchase xbox in one country and buy games in another country.

    This seems no longer to be true.

    Games purchased from other regions will play if physical disk, but any connected download codes will not work.

    There are issues for example with the Gears of War 1-3 codes (included with Gears of War collection) and the Fallout 3 codes (that came with Fallout 4).

    Issue:

    “I have not received my Fallout 3 code after 10 calendar days.”

    When I put in the Fallout 3 code Fallout 3 was not credited to my account

    I purchased Fallout 4 in an Xbox One Bundle from the Microsoft store

    I have contacted customer service several times about this issue and my reference number is

    The code was apparently used by be on 12/15/2015, but when the Microsoft Tech team reviewed my account they saw that my account was not credited with the download of Fallout 3. Therefore, I am requesting a new Fallout 3 code.
