Fallout 3 code not working

Trying to redeem my Fallout 3 code always gets me an error message: "Something went wrong".

Already tried:

- Xbox One.

- Xbox 360.

- PC: Chrome, Edge, Firefox.

- Cleaning cache.

- Cleaning cookies.

Same result always.

Are you receiving a specific error code? Should show up looking like '0x00000000' or something similar. If you continue to receive an error, we recommend reaching back out to our phone support team explaining you are experiencing issues redeeming a code.
