    Fallout 3 code hasn't come


    Hey guys, title says it all, i preordered fallout 4 about 2 weeks ago(the description claimed the free fallout 3 promotion was still a go) and i haven't received my download code for fallout 3. I would like my code since it was offered lol. Thanks in advance.

    Missing fallout 3 code

    Bought fallout 4 digitally and it's been over a week and I still haven't received my code for fallout 3, I bought it digitally and was really looking forward to playing fallout 3 again but my code hasn't been delivered from Xbox yet

    No fallout 3 code after fallout 4 preorder from store

    I haven't received a message containing a download code for fallout 3. I preordered fallout 4 from the store a few days before release and the code still hasn't arrived.

    I pre-ordered Fallout 4 and have not received my Fallout 3 code

    I had preordered fallout 4 on the 9th of November and i never received my code for fallout 3 and I was told to come here by Xbox live support

    What ONE Game Do You Play The Most?

    Busy at work, so not much time for gaming at the moment, though Witcher 3 hasn't left the drive; maybe 7 or 8 hours into it. Borderlands is always a favorite of mine. Bought Minecraft, but haven't opened the disc yet; hopefully I'll get around to playing
    it before Fallout 4 comes out. If Fallout 4 is "as" good as 3 or N.V., I'll be a ghost for months.

    Was the copy you bought the disc version? If so, the code will have already come inside the case. If the code you entered was the Fallout 3 code, go ahead and check your 'Ready to install list' to install. :)

    Date of purchase: 11/22/2015

    Issue:

    “I have not received my Fallout 3 code after 10 calendar days.”

    When I put in the Fallout 3 code Fallout 3 was not credited to my account

    I purchased Fallout 4 in an Xbox One Bundle from the Microsoft store

    I have contacted customer service several times about this issue and my reference number is

    The code was apparently used by be on 12/15/2015, but when the Microsoft Tech team reviewed my account they saw that my account was not credited with the download of Fallout 3. Therefore, I am requesting a new Fallout 3 code.
