Fallout 3 Code for pre-order not received.

I have not received my fallout 3 code that was promised when I pre ordered fall out 4. I have waited the required time and now post this to request my code be sent to me. The information needed to prove my purchase is io my account page.

I look forward to your r reply and the opportunity to receive my code.

Firstly, please make sure you have reviewed the terms and conditions of this offer at the very bottom of this page: www.xbox.com/.../fallout-4 to make sure that you are eligible to receive a code for Fallout 4.

Secondly, it is quite possible that the message was sent to you but has since expired since all Xbox Live messages expire after 28 days.

If that is the case, a member of the Xbox Support staff will be along soon and they may be able to retrieve your code.

If you were never sent the code, and believe you should have received it, it may have just been a glitch and again, Xbox Support will be along to lend a hand. Please also note that it can take up to 10 working days for it to be sent to you.

Yes i am eligible for the code and no the message has never arrived, nor expired. I have waited the ten days and no code. Thank you for the general information but I really hope to get my code soon. I would not have preordered fallout 4 if it were not for
the free fallout 3 code and right now i doubt I will pre-order any more games until this is resolved.

Still waiting for my code. I checked and again no code in my messages. The "team" should probably post an announcement of some sort since there are many threads regarding this problem.

Can we at least get a time frame on when we can expect this problem to be resolved?

 

The Xbox Support team usually respond to posts within 2-3 working days.

As you said, there a lot of posts to get through, so please be patient while they work on getting through the pile of questions!

I have received my message and have downloaded the game . This post c an be closed. Take my advice- i was a community manager- you really need to post an announcement if you have not already done so. i have noted many posts about this on my facebook pages.
