Fallout 3 code (didn't received)

Hi!

I preorder fallout4 on 10 august and I didn't received my free code for fallout 3!

I check on my microsoft bills for just to be sure and my preorder its really done.

Can you check if the have a bug or something missing, why I cannot received my code.

Issue:

“The message with my Fallout 3 code has expired.”

I received the digital code for Fallout 3 following my purchase of Fallout 4. The message has expired and I didn't use the code.

 

Fallout 3 code was erased from my messages on last update.

On last xbox one update I lost the message containing fallout 3 code that I received for pre ordering fallout 4. I didn't redeem the code because I needed fallout 3 to be backwards compatible first. I need xbox to resend the message with the Fallout 3
code.

 

I don't know if you have done something but I JUST RECEIVED!

More than likely it was coincidental. Per the promotion information, it could take 7-10 days before the code shows up. If you received it via an Xbox Live message it was coincidental. If you received it via a PM them an Xbox Support member helped you out.
