    Cannot redeem codes

    (god i shouldn't be helping you...supporting that team!. arrrggghhh fallout 3 code cannot be redeemed :) )

    I had the same problem, which was really confusing for me to start with, I couldn't do anything online because the xbox one wanted me to accept updated terms and conditions to start with, when it did this I got a error which stopped me connecting to live, and although I could browse the web I couldn't get on the live service

    to get round this I went to the xbox live account on my pc and accepted them there - it then worked instantly.

    however from previous threads it seems like your already on live.

    Hey everyone!

    If you are receiving a message saying that your Fallout 3 code has already been redeemed, you can verify if you have already redeemed Fallout 3 by going to the Fallout
    3     page on xbox.com while signed in with the account that pre-ordered Fallout 4. Click on "Buy Game" and it will show that you have already purchased Fallout 3 if you have already redeemed the code.

    Give the suggested steps a try and be sure to let us know the results. Thanks in advance!

    finally got it to work.

    this is how if anyone else has the unable to redeem issue.

    use the windows xbox app and go to messages. do not redeem on console or webpage but rather click the "redeem code" button under the messages then search the store for fallout 3 and view game hub. then click install.

    after many attempts this has been the only way to get mine to acccept and is now finally installing
