Fallout 3 and New Vegas is available for purchase on the indian store - previously it was...

So basically when Fallout 3 and respectively Fallout New Vegas were supposed to be sold in India they were retracted following concerns of the game referencing their cows as "Brahmin". Which in India represents two main issues.

1. Cow's are seen as deity's.

2. Brahmin are a Caste group.

Following this the games were not offered for sale in India. In fact if you go onto the steam store these games are still unavailable for purchase. However as anyone in India who plays games knows, Fallout 4 released in India without any issues despite it
also including cows called brahmin; the same goes for fallout 76.

Seeing this i recently noticed that the games (fallout 3 + fallout new vegas) are available as backwards compatible games on the store.

in the store merely to look into if these games are in fact purchasable and playable (and not an oversight issue

My question is; Because these games are offered on the store does this in fact truely mean that you can play them? I want to purchase them, but obviously not if its an oversight and the games are
region locked. Hopefully someone can help me out with this?
