Fall Update Xbox wont hold a connection

Ever since the fall update my Xbox One won't get a connection unless I hard boot my router. All other devices on my network (2 Computers, 2 phones, android box, tablet, PS4) work normally. I've been through support and tried all the following to no avail.

-Factory reset of the console

-Static IP/port forwarding

-Google DNS

-Different Ethernet cable/port on the router

-Release alternate MAC address

After hard booting the router I get an IP and it will be fine until I turn off my console for a couple hours.

Test connection leads to the "Can't connect to DHCP server" error and I receive the IP address of 169.254.x.x

You wont be able to use those points until the full update is released sometime this fall. May i also mention you wont be able to get the beta tab back because you have a new console.

 

Console freezing and notifications not working.

Also it wont tell me when someone gets online. Example Usually when you urn your xbox on and sign on it prompts you and tells you how many friends are on, mine wont do that. It shows the loading circle will freeze a bit and then load some more freeze again
an jumps to the dashboard. Additionallly i technically have the fall update because i was part of the fall beta so could that be causing the issues?
