    Good morning,

    First i would like to thank you for your atention.

    In fact is very frustrating, because it´s very dificult to report this kinds of crimes in Brazil, and at the end nothing will happen to the criminal.

    But i think it would be of interest of Microsoft to know that there is someone practing a fraud and saying that is Authorized Dealer of XBOX (Microsoft product).

    I guess Microsoft would´t agree to have it´s name used in a transation that is lie and crime.

    And maybe it would be easier to Microsoft to ask for action by the authorits in the web, than for me (final costumer).

    I know that dealing with this type of situation can be very frustrating and we're here to help! If you have completed a transaction with a 3rd party contacting your bank may be the only way to recover the funds and report the fraudulent purchase. It might
    be worth it to contact your local authorities to investigate as well. On this end I have submitted the site and situation to our internal support teams for review. The matter will be investigated and hopefully something can be done to shut this down. More
