fake email

i think i recieved a fake email from microsoft saying that i got a refund for battlestar galactica deadlock but i never did such a thing it looked legit wasnt sure if it was the right email address it was <*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***> what should
i do now

Is there anyway of escaping the security proofs on xbox ?

Im filing a lawsuit on Microsoft , since I used a fake email I should be able to get my password back. There are things on the form I literally can't fill out because my email is fake. My lawsuit will be filed

If you never purchased the game or were seeking a refund, it's most likely fake. The email address you mention didn't come through on the forums, but I would advise against clicking on any links over it. If you do get a refund, it should show up in your
Microsoft Account
Order Summary page.

i checked my order history there nothing about it on i even checked my bank account there was no record of the deposit im going to post the screencap of the email right now

The email doesn't look fake, that's how billing emails look from Microsoft. If you are still worried, then contact Xbox support, they will be able to check if you were sent the email or not.

Microsoft has been refunded accidentally made or a purchase accidentally made by the system which happened in the past two years. Just check your account or contact your bank if there's a pending refund. Hope this helps.
