    how exactly are you trying to open your profile?

    Also be sure to try if it works with a different browser or different device.

    Hey!

    Yes, this was the problem. For some reason I have a US paymanet profile (I can't delete) and on xbox site this profile is the primary.I fail to see why. I add a paypal account to my US profile and now it's work. :) :)

    You should re-download your profile and see if they appear, and if not attempt to get them once more. If all fails, try calling Xbox Support.

    Hey there, what worked for me when this happened was once the profile download failed and the error code popped up I tested my Xbox Live connection which showed everything was working fine and my console could connect to Live.

    -

    After that I was able to download my profile without issue, so see if testing your connection after the failed profile download helps.
