    Hi guys,

    So, I have two main namesake profiles on XBox Live, Kristal G Harm and My Seconday Profile, has lost access to XBox One Neverwinter.

    How do I verify the Microsoft account over my XBox One, or is it even possible to do so?

    Would you please provide us with further information regarding this issue. What do you mean when you that "it won't accept it"? Are yu receiving any specific error codes/ messages when you enter the pin?
