Failed to Sync Data on Minecraft | Need Help!

Hi, for the past week, me and my brother have been trying to get on Minecraft (Bedrock Edition) on our Xbox One. Every time we load up the game, we get through to the syncing data message, and a second or two after it just says ''failed to sync user
data.'' I left it for like 10 minutes doing that and restarted my Xbox and that had done nothing. It was also working the day before perfectly fine.

Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

Paul from Xbox Forums here to assist with the situation, It looks like the issue is syncing the data from the one cloud servers. I suggest Clearing the local saved games by going to system settings on the console, then system and finally storage. Once at
storage clear local saved games. As well make sure you have at least 20% available of hard drive space on the console HDD. I hope this helps solve the problem.

I'm assuming this is something with the Xbox, and not the game which is why I posted it here, and not just a Minecraft forum. Thanks for the help!

 

Try performing the hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

Power cycling as stated in the previous post is usually the way to go if this is happening to you.

I would recommend if you try that and have the same thing happen again, to try and reset the console and
keep your games and apps using the steps found
here.

Usually helps with most software problems if it is one.

Just make sure that you have access to the internet on your console and that you also know all the sign in info for any of the accounts on it first, so that everything goes smoothly.

Give that a shot if you still are experiencing issues and let me know if that resolved the problem.
