Failed to receive the 50,000 rewards points for upgrading from a One to a One S

I purchased an Xbox One S during the black friday sales from the Microsoft Store website mainly because of the 50,000 reward points that were supposed to be added to my account. The Xbox is setup and activated with my Gamertag and yet I still don't have
the points. Could someone please fix this? Thanks!

Missing points

When I upgraded from my xbox one to xbox one s I was supposed to receive 50,000 points. I only received 30,000 rewards points.

The promotion was in November 2016 for upgrading to xbox one s.

pending reward points

I have a reference number 1365251028. I cant see the 50,000 reward points pending in my account after upgrading from Xbox 360 to Xbox one s

There were two offers running at that time for upgrading. The 50,000 credit offer was only sent to certain members and was not available to everyone. If you did not receive the specific email, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits. If I remember
right, the 50,000 were for upgrading from a 360 to a One S.

I received the offer for upgrading from an xbox one to a xbox one s. I even spoke to someone before I purchased the xbox one s to confirm how the promotion worked. I upgraded my xbox one to an xbox one s and should have received 50,000.

I still have not received my 50,000 points for upgrading to an Xbox One from the 360.

Nor are any online purchases from microsoft store being recognized either.
