My juvenile son has spent thousands of dollars in authorized purchases.Your algorithm should have shown this addictive and abusive behavior.You leave victims of this abuse(parents etc) no way to address or efficiently contact Microsoft to resolve
issues.I believe that is intentional and extrremely unfair.How do I get at least a portion of my money back? Its Christmas for gods sake.

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, It sounds like you've had some unauthorized purchases made on your account. I definitely understand how frustrating this issue can be. As previously mention by the ambassador the best thing to do would be to
go to our
refund request form while signed into the account the charges were made on and apply for a refund. One final thing there is an awesome feature we have for the Xbox One console that

requires a pass for purchases. I highly recommend reading that article and setting it up that way this doesn't happen again. Thank you for posting on the forums. Please let us know how it goes.

Microsoft does provide functions for parents to manage their children's online access and/or purchase options:

You are free to try and get a refund for some of those purchases by completing the

refund request form found on the Xbox Support site.

That said, you should be aware of this component of the
Microsoft Services Agreement involving children:

"iii. Kids and Accounts. By using the Services, you represent that you have either reached the age of “majority” where you live or have valid parent or legal guardian consent to be bound by these Terms. If you do not know
whether you have reached the age of majority where you live, or do not understand this section, please ask your parent or legal guardian for help and consent before you create a Microsoft account. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor who creates
a Microsoft account, you and the minor accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and are responsible for all use of the Microsoft account or Services, including purchases, whether the minor’s account is now open or created later."

you can go to xbox.com/refund , also remember that is possible to block purchases on your console.

Your 1st step to curing your addiction is admitting that you are addicted to the Waste of Time. The final step is deleting the Waste of Time from your hard drive.
