    Hello,

    I could never find a game session on my Forza 7 Motorsport online play. My NAT status is Open and my latency is 39 ms. My game is bought recently and fully updated. Please, can you give me a fix for this issue? I've tried all the fixes I've found on forums
    but nothing works. I am playing this game on PC.

    As first step try to power cycle your console by press and hold for 10 seconds the front power button ;)

    What's your broadband speed? If it's poor then you will have issues as Forza 7 tends to match people with poor broadband speeds together.

    I'm sorry to hear you can't get an online session on Forza Motorsport 7. Can you give us more detail on all the fixes you've tried on the forums? It's important to know exactly what you have already tried to better diagnose the issue because your network
    connectivity seems fine.

    Besides the NAT type, does the Xbox App say your are connected to Xbox Live? Do you have any other Xbox Play Anywhere games for PC that are not working online? Have you re-installed the game already?

    Answer those questions for us and we can help you figure this out.
