    i asked for a refund and it got aproved and then got the email that the money got put back into my account but it has not and its really annoying as iv tried ringing customer support but it wont let me speak to someone what should i do

    Hello Aneesa, sorry to hear you're having trouble with the refund.

    The issue is indeed due to you removing the payment method. I would recommend adding it back to your account until the refund has been properly processed as they can only refund to the original payment method.

    If its not showing, then its most likely failed and it will automatically be refunded.
