    This is my problem:

    On the last week of August I purchased the ultimated edition of FH4, and I supose to get it the 28 of September, all good, since the day that I saw I didnt get my game that I pay for, I talked to the Xbox support (2 times) and they told me that I have to
    talk with my bank (I smelled the [Mod Removed - Profanity] so I didnt that) but in my FB accout I saw the same happened to another one with a adifferent game, so I waited a few weeks (sending emails to microsoft store) and a month and a day ago I saw that
    I get a message from Xbox telling me that the purchase was done (another lie) and when I try every 2 days to talk with someone of the support I find that is closed and I dont have my game... TELL ME WHAT I CAN DO

    You are wellcome! It might because your credit card doesn't have international, recurrent and online payments activated, i'd suggets to try to use another one.

    Thanks. I check it already and last point is money return and now my bank holds this amount. I don't warry about money but I want to figure out why this happened because this is not a first time. Actually I often can't by something from marketplace.

    When you pre-ordered did you use your Microsoft Account balance to pre-order or against a Credit/Debit card?

    When using your account balance the money comes off straight away, with a Credit/Debit card it doesn't come off until a few days before the release date.

    If the later it may have been blocked by your bank/card provider. I would check with your bank/card provider to check this hasn't happened and contact Xbox Support to see what it shows at their end.

    isn't being blocked for some reason. Additionally, be sure to
    update your billing information    !
