    I BOUGHT AN X-BOX ONE FOR MY SON ON SUNDAY. THERE WAS A PROMOTION BY MICROSOFT, NAME YOUR GAME. WITH THE X-BOX ONE, CAME A CHOISE OF FOUR GAMES, AND WE WE'RE ASKED TO CHOOSE ONE AS A FREE GIFT. IN THE BOX, CAME A CARD TO BE SCRATCHED, TO REVEAL A SIXTEEN
    DIGETS CODE. WE RECEIVED AN E-MAIL TO BE REPLIED, IN ORDER TO GET A TWENTY-FIVE DIGETS CODE, WITCH WOULD GIVE US ACCESS TO OUR FREE GAME. AFTER MY REPLY, I WAS ASKED TO SUBMIT MY REQUEST AGAIN, BUT THIS TIME WITH THE E-MAIL ADRESS LINKED TO MY MICROSOFT ACCOUNT
    THAT THEY COULD VERIFY. SO I DID SEND IT AGAIN, WITH A THE E-MAIL ADRESS, LINKED TO THE ACCOUNT AT MICROSOFT. SINCE THEN, NO REPLY. SO THIS EVENING, I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AT MICROSOFT. WITH GREAT DECEPTION, HE ANSWERED THAT HE COULD'NT HELP ME, AND
    DIRECTED ME TO THIS FORUM.... I AM NOT AN EXPERIENCED FORUM ATTENDANT, SO??? HOW COULD I GET WHAT I PAID FOR? THANKS IN ADVANCE....

    I talked to the representative and I checked myself that the promotion had already started on Friday. Also I just checked and the promotion again failed for me.
