    Failed Profile download


    I just found my Modern Warfare 2 game and I was loading up the game and got to the main menu where it says “press start button” and it asks me to sign in so I select my account and it responds saying “sorry, this profile can’t connect to Xbox love on this
    console. To fix it, download it again” but I’ve already deleted my account off of my Xbox and redownloaded it and the same message still appears! I don’t know what to do, can someone help?

    Can't connect to Xbox live error code 80151012

    Hey there, what worked for me when this happened was once the profile download failed and the error code popped up I tested my Xbox Live connection which showed everything was working fine and my console could connect to Live.

    -

    After that I was able to download my profile without issue, so see if testing your connection after the failed profile download helps.

    Deleting downloaded profile?

    I decided to dust off my 360 and I downloaded my profile awhile ago. But if I delete it and not my actual profile. All of my saves and data will still be there, right? Because from what I read. The only point of downloading your profile, is if you want to log in to a different console.

    Several people have reported this issue, and it has been stated this works.

    Sign out of your account on the Xbox, and then run the game, it will then automatically try and download your 360 profile by signing you in, this usually works.

    When the Xbox Live Service Status is "Up and Running" again, you should be able to download your profile.
    Keep an eye on the page, the Xbox Live team is working on it now.

    Error 80151103 cant download Live profile

    Well there's no profile to delete anymore (that was done in step 5 above), and the download profile action fails after login with Error 80151103 cant download Live profile. It still seems like there's some kind of account problem.
