Failed OneCast Registration Error code

Hi, are you trying to use onecast with your windows 10 PC? This seems to be a very common issue as reported here

Most pepole solved the problem with enabling the streaming feature that was blocked by the firewall/windows defender of the PC following the below steps:

type "streaming" under search/cortana -> go to the "media streaming options" icon that popped-> click on "Customize" and uncheck "Use default settings" and check the box for "Make all of the media in my library available
to this device"

After that you also need to be sure to enable the xbox one to stream content, you can allow it under "setting" -> "preferences"

OMG IT WORKED!!! I DID SOMESTUFF WITH THE IP ADDRESS AND EVERYTHING AND MADE SURE IT WAS RUNNING AND I DID YALLS STUFF U TOLD ME TO DO AND IT WORKSSS OMG THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!!!

Hello!

I recommend you some steps bellow, please:

Remove or delete your profile and console from One Cast register.

After that, empty the cache of your console. You can do that holding the "stand by" button till the Xbox turn off. Then, unplug the energy cable from the console for some seconds.

Now, turn on your console, go to: settings > devices and streaming > console streaming and check the box "enable console streaming". If it's already enabled, disable it and enable it again. Select "test console streaming" now.
