    Failed in deposit for a long time


    My Reward credits have been over 20.000 for months and have never deposited into money. It's suppose to update on the days 15th and 30th but it has failed for a long time. Any solution ?

    Cannot request a deposit, billing information error

    Hello Er Buggato,

    Due to your spending in multiple regional currencies, our deposit failed because at the time we attempted our deposit, your Rewards Account region was set to Italy, and your Microsoft Account was using HUF, the regional currency of Hungary. Since we cannnot
    deposit Euro into a Hungarian account, the deposit failed. In order to make sure your deposit completes successfully, you will have to keep your Microsoft Account and Rewards account regions in the same location.

    Please help I have credit for a long time and they didn't deposit into my account . I am too tired of waiting please deposit please.

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your US Rewards Account region and your Colombian Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the time
    of registration. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional
    currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency. However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update
    your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.

    Since you switch on and off between the USD currency and the ISL (Israeli Shekel) currency, our deposit failed because at the time we processed your information, your last transaction was made with your Israeli billing account. When we attempted our deposit,
    the process failed because the two currencies did not match. Since information takes up to 96 hours to be adjusted on our systems, please make sure to use only the USD billable account in order to successfully complete a deposit.

    For some reason I can't reply on the other post. I have tried the offered solution some time ago and it failed. I did however read that all pending credit would be deposited when the Xbox rewards program changes in to the Microsoft rewards. Will that fix
    this issue or will it still not be able to deposit?
