    Failed delivery of 50,000 reward points for Xbox One S purchase within 14 days as promised


    Purchased this from the online microsoft store and was shipped on December 16th. The 50,000 rewards points were promised to be posted to my account within 14 days of shipping but it's been longer than that and no such posting of points has occurred nor have
    I heard one word about the status. The only reason I purchased this system through the microsoft online store was for the promised reward points which I have not received after a more than appropriate amount of time.

    I need help regarding the Xbox Live Rewards Promotion

    Hi,

    I purchased an Xbox One S from the Microsoft Store online on December 10th. Upon purchasing the Xbox, I saw the promotion for Xbox Live Rewards that Xbox One S purchases get 50,000 reward points and a free game. Because I was not enrolled in the rewards
    program at the time of purchase of the Xbox, it took 2 days to get enrolled in the program. Am I in any way eligible for the Rewards Promotion?

    My 50,000 points for purchasing the Xbox One S on 12/21 haven't even showed up as pending!
    Credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped, but they have had some delays. You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum so support can check into it for you.

    That offer is actually for 50,000 Credits. From the FAQ for that offer:





    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.





    Since your purchase was made recently, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending.

    You can exchange your Xbox with where you purchased it at within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase (recipiet)

    I had to do that with my living room Xbox One S because of a faulty HDMI port.

    Ironically, I just created a post because it's now past the 15 days and I still don't have my rewards points.
