Hey CivilBird18690, Just an addition to OutSider. If the troubleshooting page didn't worked for you, your power supply may failing. To isolate the issue from power supply to Xbox Console, are you able to connect your Xbox Console to another power supply
(like from a friend, family and/or neigbour)? If your Console is working correctly, it may be the power supply that is having issues. Are you able to connect your power supply to someone else his Xbox Console and see if any issue(s) occur. Let us know the

Hi devndyll - thanks for supplying us with that extra error code. Can you give us a little more detail about your network devices? What is the brand and model of your modem that you are connected to? We can take a look at it and see if there is anything
in it's configuration settings that may be making the connection fail.

Hi there,

please turn the console off and disconnect the power supply from the wall socket after that check if all cables are connected firmly.

Leave the power supply disconnected for at least 60seconds and after that connect all again and power up the console.

If that didn't help please try what happens when connecting the console to a different TV to determine if that changes anything.

You should remove all accessories (chatpad, headset, Kinect, etct.). Delete any corrupted orpartially downloaded content, Marketplace Data and Rights database. Clear cache twice. Test Xbox Live connection, if fails Reset Network Factory settings on console.
Reboot and run connection test again. If connected, recover gamertag.
