    Im seeking help with enforcement to lift my suspension start date 12/29/2016 end date 1/12/2017 I'm not supposed to be banned because it wasn't my fault because my cousins were on my profile doing things they shouldn't have

    Account Suspention

    My account was suspended for something I did not do. I submitted a case review, and it was upheld. How do I submit another case review? My account should not have been suspended.

    my account got suspensions

    my account suspended from 12 september to 27 september

    and i try from yesterday to submit a case review but i failed answer

    then he tell me to wait 24 hour

    I do not see any reason why I answer because I'm sure I did not and will not break Microsoft's rules

    and the xbox support can see everything in my profile to make sure I did not break Microsoft's rules

    please help me to unsuspension my account

    Fraud Ban

    You can be suspended for actions performed before the ban was enforced. If you tried to file a case review and you failed just wait 24 hours to try again.

    In meantime I suggest you to read the Code of Conduct.

    Com ban

    A com ban does not last very long. There is no way to have a case review for that. If you get suspended then you can have a case review for that.

    I'm afraid there's nothing more that can be done. If the account was suspended permanently, and you requested a case review, and that case review was upheld, that's it. I'm sorry.

    Please visit https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-us to submit a case review, if you couldn't find an option to submit one. If your account suspended for two days, you won't be
    able to submit a case review.

    Ban

    If you think that this suspension was issued in error, you can file a case review, if the suspension lasts for more than 24 hours.

    To file the case review, go to https://enforcement.xbox.com/ and sign in with your suspended account.

    Click on the yellow tile with the hammer on it, and click on the currently active suspension and file a Case Review.

    If the suspension is "only" for 24 hours, you'll just have to wait it out, as a Case Review would take longer than the actual suspension, and keep you suspended longer.
