Failed appeal on ban of profile picture, need help

I need help, I received an 8 day ban for my profile picture which if you click on my name you can see. It was just a selfie with my left arm and head exposed yet Xbox enforcement said it was inappropriate. I tried to appeal but it was denied and I do not understand what makes the picture bad. This is my safest picture so far yet it has received the most heftiest ban. I need help to understand this and overturn this.

A mass amount of salty Elden Ring players reported me which isn't fair. Prior to this I had a picture which I had for 10 months, but some random Call of Duty player for which I have never played the game or met randomly contacted me and reported me and I copped a 2 day ban.

How am I to invest into xbox if I am being poorly mistreated like this? These community guidelines are so vague and inconsistent that an innocent selfie takes a massive ban.

I suggest only using officially provide provided profile pictures, that should prevent any further suspensions

Almost all my friends have custom pictures, yet you are telling me its not safe for me to do the same even though my picture is perfectly fine for social media?

That would all be up to the enforcement team and they do not use the forums. Any information would be on the enforcement site. If they denied the appeal, all you can do is wait it out.

There has to be some way to speak to them, because I still don't get whats the problem with my picture. How am I to prevent bans in the future?
