    You will have to pay for this month, but cancel it so it doesen't charge you next month

    Given how many times you have to click to approve the purchase, and the fact that the approval button keeps moving on the Xbox console screens , it's difficult to classify that as a
    'mistake', and instead 'youngster didn't understand the implications' might fit the circumstance better.



    That does not justify the staffer making very human, yet out of bounds, mistakes in explaining the situation.
