Fail to redeem code of Ace combat 6 on Xbox One X

I have preorder the Ace combat 7 and receive the Xbox live message of the redeem code.

However, when I redeem the code in Xbox Store on my Xbox One X, it shows that I will get the ace combat 6.

But when I click "Confirm", the result is "Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help".

With a simple error code "P4bwwxtbfkCWh8jk.66.1.6.12"

Any suggestion on what I should do?

That's usually a billing error, Have you checked to make sure everything is set accurately on your account and that everything is up to date? have you tried redeeming the code on a different browser by chance ?
