Factory restore without a controller

My Xbox one had a startup error with code E105. The only solution listed to this on xbox support is a factory restore. I entered troubleshoot mode by holding the bind and eject buttons upon startup. The box labeled continue is highlighted,
but there is not a way to move the highlighted box to the factory reset option. I have tried rebinding my controller, using a different controller, connecting controller via micro usb cable, and connecting a usb keyboard, none of which could move the highlighted
box. Which brings me to my question, is there a way to factory reset without a controller? Can I connect my xbox to my computer? Can I remove a memory unit and erase/replace it? I would try preforming an offline software update but since I cannot move the
highlighted box I would not be able to move it to the offline update option either. Any help or insight would be appreciated.

Is there a quick way to remove data/clear my xbone?

Should be a factory restore of some kind. That will wipe everything from the console and set it back to when it was in the box.

 

Xbox Controller Bugged

Reset your controller to default settings

Select your controller in the app and choose Configure.

Select Restore defaults. This will return your controller to its original factory configuration.
