    is there a way to get an older factory reset zip file that is older than the osu1 file so that the osu1 file can be used i have a system that could use it and so does my nephew we used the current one to reset the os from aprils to januarys os but still to new for current osu1 file

    then convince the service centers to release the monthly updates online and the in house tools to do software fixes ourselves

    no you dont understand and no the steps dont work because the steps and the software online are older then the software on the system they dont update and they apparantly dont keep coppies of the old software that might be able to help reset the os version when they have had this same type of problem in many itterations i mean look how many people have been complaining that the latest up date bricked their console

    I totally understand where you're coming from and as much as I would love to get this sorted out, the only available is what we have on the Xbox support site.

    What we can do now is to just follow the necessary steps for the specific error code which will lead us to fix the issue or lead us to the best option in fixing it.

    If you're looking for other zip files for offline update, if you have an Xbox One Original, depending on your OS version you may need to choose between OSU2 or OSU3.

    The same as you all I want is to get this fixed, however, that will be the only option and if none of the steps work the last resort is getting the console repaired.
