    Facing issue in offline system update


    Ive a xbox one x, My hard drive got corrupted i replaced it with another one and tried to perform offline system update but when it comes to 1% the procedure stops and it gives error E101 i changed 2 hard drives but im facing the same issue

    Hi, sorry to hear that.
    Could be a hardware issue :c I personally didn't faced this in my Series X.

    Before get serviced / inspected your console please try this to cover everything from your side :

    Perform an offline update for your console. In that way Xbox system will be installed from scratch.
    For this you need a USB and PC to format it and transfer files provided in the link below (with steps):
