Fable three Game error? Please help!! I recieved Fable three on xbox 360 a long time ago and ...

So i just noticed this problem when fable three came out on xbox one for backwards compatibility. It never showed on my xbox one under my games. So i looked it up on my xbox live.com and under my games and the free dlc items were there but not the game
itself. After contacting xbox alot they said i need to show them proof i used to own the game. I cant get to my xbox 360 to check and i already went to my games and microsft history and the game wasnt there. I know implayed it. So today i finally looked under
my achievements and there ir was. I said i last played the game on 4/15/2014 and i unlocked 33 achievemnts. It was the full game.

Fable 2 not showing on backwards comp section

Hi, i have a problem, i bought fable 2 a long time ago on xbox 360 digital version, but is not showing on my backwards games list, i have it on my historial on xbox.com, i tried to download from there but still not showing, please help.

 

New to Xbox and looking to redeem my free game

Hello, I am new to xbox 360. I recently purchased the xbox 360 with kinect as a gift. On the box it says I get three free games. Adventures, Fable 3 and Halo Reach.

Adventures and Fable 3 came in the box as they were physical disks. And Halo Reach was supposed to be downloaded. I got to the part where I am going to download the game and it asks for the redeem code. I can't find the redeem code anywhere. I have all
the papers that came with the xbox.

Can someone please point me in the direct where I can get this resolved and get my free game. Of the three games that is the one I want to play.

 

If it's not in your download history it's possible you had the physical copy of the game & not a digital copy.

If it was the digital copy then it will be in your download history as long as you are using the same account that downloaded the game in the first place.

 

Nope its a digital copy. I believe it was a code

 

Did you happen to redeem the code on another account in the same console?

You can check the purchase history on Microsoft but if its not there I'd say they won't believe you.

On xbox.com sign in then click you gamertag in the top right corner > select Microsoft Account. In the account even free games are listed.

If you can't find it don't worry as the FREE games with Gold is very limited and only supplying backwards compatible games so that one is sure to pop up again very soon.

i do have the game and was playing ot on my xbox 360 and i spoke with an agent and he said i would have ro purchase it again because of reasons. Even though i have the game it wont go through as backwards compatible and would have to go purchase it again
in order to play it. :/

If you have been playing it on your 360 then there's no reason it shouldn't be on your ready to install list on your xbox one providing you are using the same account that bought it in the first place.

 

I dont remember the reason actually. I got the game with a code i believe and i was playing it while he was helping me but he said i would have to purchase it again for like $5 at gamestop. It wasnt located in my history or anything

 

The only way that could happen is if it was downloaded with a different account.

Games don't just disappear from your download history.
