fable 3 gfwl problem

i need help with fable 3 because when i install the game and want to start it, it wants to do a secrurity check but because games for windows live is closed, it only gts errors. please help me with this problem.

Yay another GFWL problem.

Try this:

In the Fable 3 install directory there should be a ZDP folder.

Run zdp.exe from that folder and things should work correctly.

Shortcuts for the game probably won't work - you might need to run zdp.exe each time.

Can you give some more information on what's going wrong? Security check? It's asking for a game key or something?

 

it wants to do a secrurity check. i know that gfwl is closed and i already looked without asking for help, but the only think i heard about was pressing enter and it would start like it was a bug but it wont work. im using windows 8.1. im using the key
and its acceping it and it is downloading it but when it needs to check if its a real cd then it gets these errors.

 

GFWL isn't closed. It's still up and running (barely) but you can't buy things from it. You can redeem codes through it still.

Are you able to provide some screenshots of what's going on? I'm not fully sure where you're having the error.
