fable 3 free yule hat dlc not showing up

i have contacted support and worked to try to fix it my reference number is
[Mod Removed] but none of the steps they had me do works and i have no idea what else i can do the person i talked to told me to come here so now im posting on it

In order to play fable 3 in multiplayer you and the person your playing with has to have every single free DLC for the game

fable 3 problems

so i have been playing fable 3 for a good while now on my xbox one, and i had a dlc free yule hat. and i had an update today, and now all of a sudden the yule hat isnt showing up under manage game and it wont let me play anymore because my save files have
this hat in them and it is apparently required to play as the message says.... whats going on here?

 

Hey, LJH Unholy! The names for the DLC are a little different currently in the Manage Game section. What you will want to do is uninstall the game, and reinstall it again. After you do, go to Manage Game and install all of the content listed there. After
that, you should have your content in-game, even if the name might not be the same.

Give that a shot and let us know how that works!

 

Tried that didn't work I was told to put my reference number in a post so that you all are aware of everything I tried I have gone as far as system reset without removing all games the last step I was told was the full system restore deleting everything
and I don't really wantto have to do that to much trouble to just be able to play one game online

 

I am also having this issue, and have already uninstalled and re-installed twice with no success.

I also noticed after a recent updaten the DLC is listed as currently unavilable in the XboxOne store.

 

In addition, I was playing this title on my XboxOne with no issues up until the title update for it that just recently happened. It was after this that I started recieving the Yule Hat error.

 

I'm still experiencing this issue, and am just wondering if anyone has had any luck with this?

 

I am also having this issue i have uninstalled reinstalled 2 times already this blows cause my hubby and i just finished replaying anniversary and fable 2

 

I'm in the same boat, downloaded all DLC, but the Free Yule Hat keeps my profile as unplayable. Yes they made the game Backwards Compatible, but I want to play my game saves from the Xbox 360, it seems like this one DLC is keeping us from doing so.

Thanks for the information. We've passed that on to the appropriate teams for further investigation. As of right now, it appears that you would have to purchase the Fable
III Dog Breed Set DLC and the Fable III Traitor's Keep Quest Pack DLC in order to access the Yule Hat DLC. We aren't
sure if this is by design or in need of correction so we have asked for further clarification and we'll update you when we have additional information.

I too am also having that problem. Miss Bijoux I have the same problem as stated above. I can not play Traitors keep quest or in game collector addition. Before the update everything was fine but after the update everything is ruined! Please fix this soon,
i'm already upset that there won't be a fable 4, so I should be able to enjoy fable 2 and 3 the same as before.
