Fable 2 appears in my purchase history, installed on 360, but doesn't show in Ready to ...

Hey.

So I just spent over an hour on chat support trying to sort this issue out, did the usual hard reset, removed my profile from the console, restarted it and added it and finally a factory reset with no luck. Fable 2 refuses to appear in my Ready to Install
list. I can see it there in my purchase history, the guy on chat support confirmed he could see the license on my account, but nothing. He said I should post the problem here, so um, here it is.

Fable II digital edition not shown on Ready to Install List

I have already rebooted the Xbox One console via a power cycle to force a refresh of the Ready To Install list, but that did not work.

I purchased Fable II on 2010-10-15 (October 15, 2010) but the game does not show up on my Ready to Install List nor does it show as purchased on the X360 Marketplace but it is explicitly listed as purchased in the detailed purchase history.

cant install digital copy of fable 2

hello, I am trying to install fable 2. I own the games digital license and its showing up in the "my games" section on xbox.com under the xbox 360 section and it says its backwards compatible. I also checked the official list of backwards compatible titles
and it was on there as well. I am signed in with the same account on both my pc which is showing the license and my xbox one. some of my other xbox 360 games are showing up under the ready to install section in games and apps but not fable 2. in the store
there is no option to purchase or install the game. I have tried an extended power cycle of my console and deleting and redownloading my profile to the console. I contacted phone support and they advised me to post here so that someone could check which version
of the game I own and determine why its not able to be installed.

Hi, the fact you have done everything you can, then you should go ahead and fill in this survey
Page not found, and support will send that info to the engineers to fix the issue, and hopefully Fable 2 will show up in your ready to install section soon.

Same here with Time Pilot - Scramble is affected in the same way as well.

The games show as purchased in my purchase history, they work on my Xbox 360, but they do not appear in my ready to install list and going to the store results in them showing as needing to be repurchased.

Ok so im having the same issue. Fable 2 is not showing in my ready to install list. I know i purchased it because it shows up on my 360 in the purchase history. However, when i go to xbox.com and go to the game's store page it does not show as purchased,
it wants me to buy it again. I filled out the stupid survey 3 months ago and nobody has gotten back to me. Wtf. I own this game. Its mine, i paid for it. I dont understand.

My DLC was ready to install right after the game was installed, no issues or anything missing, same account purchased from on the 360.

Also go to your 360 then account then your download history and see if its showing there.

Hi Vanessa,

1. Purchase History doesn't go back far enough to show this. (It doesn't even show my XBL membership purchases from last year). But I know I have purchased it and can confirm this by playing it on my first Xbox One where it was originally purchased.

2. Under Games & Apps there is no section for "Ready to Install".

3. Under storage I only have the options to clear local saved games or to clear local Xbox 360 storage. I've tried clearing the Xbox 360 storage and restarting but this changes nothing.

4. The Xbox One has been power cycled multiple times with no change.
